Vacation Rental Details

LOCATION:
Navarre Beach is located between Pensacola Beach and Ft. Walton
Beach off US Highway 98 with easy access from I-10. The blue-green
waters of the Gulf of Mexico borders the island community to the
south and by Santa Rosa Sound to the north. All of the rental units
in this booklet are located at Navarre Beach, Florida.

OFFICE HOURS:
Daily, 9:00am-5: 00pm Central Time Monday through Saturday.

|
RESERVATIONS:
Telephone reservations are accepted, with half of the rent due by
check only within ten days of booking the reservation. Non-receipt
of this deposit within the ten-day period will cancel the reservation.

|
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A Master Card or Visa will be required for the security deposit,
At check-in the card will be imprinted and signed. If problems are
discovered after your check out, you will be notified by mail within
10 days. Any charges will be placed on the credit card. Credit card
slips are shredded 15 days after checkout. All deposits are held
in an interest-bearing escrow account at Regions Bank in Navarre
for Century 21 Island View Realty, Inc.

METHOD OF PAYMENT AT CHECK-IN:
Cash, Personal check (NO COUNTER CHECKS), Travelers check, Money
Order, Cashiers check, Master Card or Visa may be used to make payment.

|
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Check-in time is NO EARLIER THAN 3:00pm. Check-out time is
no later than 10:00am. If you plan to arrive later than 4:30p.m.
Please advise us so arrangements can be made to pick up your keys.
Please inform all members of your party of these check-in / check-out
times. NO KEYS can be issued before 3:00pm. Check-out must be completed
by 10:00am as cleaning crews will arrive at that time to prepare
the unit for incoming guests. A late checkout charge will be assessed
if cleaning crews must move guests out of unit. GUESTS ENTERING
THEIR UNIT BEFORE CHECKING IN AT OFFICE WILL ACCEPT UNIT AS IS.

TELEPHONES:
All rental units have telephones. Credit cards are required for
long distance calls. (Some phones use phone cards only.) Long distance
companies may apply a surcharge to long distance calls.

|
ITEMS PROVIDED:
Bed linens (except blankets)
One (1) Towel per person (a unit that sleeps 6 will have 6 towels)
Basic dishes and cookware
T.V.'s with Basic Cable (No movie channels)

ITEMS NOT PROVIDED:
Beach chairs, washcloths, coat hangers, detergents, paper products,
barbecue grills (Grills are not allowed on wooden decks or above
the ground level on multilevel units.) Note: Sundry items can be
readily purchased at local Navarre Beach stores or at the Winn Dixie
across the bridge on the mainland.

CLEANING:
No maid service is provided during your stay, only upon departure.
The maids will take care of the linens and major cleaning. Please
dispose of the garbage and have all dishes washed. Leave unit neat.
Security deposit credit card will be charged if extra cleaning is
needed.

NOTES:
We hope you will enjoy your vacation with us on Navarre Beach along
Florida's famed Emerald Coast. In order to carry out the wishes
of our individual property owners, we ask your cooperation concerning
a few rental points.
1. We do not rent to groups or allow units to be used as party houses.
Families are not considered groups.
2. No campers or motor homes may be hooked to rental units. If a
hookup is made, for any length of time, a fee will be charged.
3. Each rental unit accommodates the number of people listed. THIS
IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS PERMITTED, INCLUDING CHILDREN. OCCUPANTS
ABOVE THIS NUMBER ARE NOT ALLOWED, AND ALL RENTERS WILL BE EVICTED,
WITH FORFEITURE OF ALL MONIES PAID WHEN THIS CONDITION IS FOUND
TO EXIST.
4. NO PETS ON THE PREMISES. Florida State Law Prohibits pets on
beaches. Under No Circumstances will pets be allowed in any rental
unit for any length of time! Renters will be asked to leave and
the Security Deposit will be forfeited, if a pet, or any evidence
of one, is found in a unit.
5. In the event a rental unit becomes unavailable between the time
you confirm your reservation and your arrival date, we retain the
right to move you to an equivalent unit or refund your advance rent
in full if nothing is available.
Failure to comply with restrictions will result in the forfeiture
of all security deposits, assessment of additional monies if the
rental unit is damaged, or both. Neither the rental agent nor owner
shall be responsible for providing any additional furnishings or
appliances not presently in units.
Please note that we give NO REFUNDS for equipment, TV, or Appliance
failures. However, we like satisfied guests, therefore, every effort
is always made to keep appliances and equipment in working order.
Please report any problems to our rental agent.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Since each unit is individually owned, no advance rent can be refunded
or transferred if a reservation is canceled or a change of units
is made within 30 days of check-in. A change of units within 30
days of check-in must be treated as a cancellation. A cancellation
fee of 10%, of the advance rent, will be collected on any canceled
reservation. Reservations canceled within 30 days of check-in will
forfeit the full deposit unless unit rebooks for the same dates.
Note: Rental agents represent property to the best of their ability
and assume no liability for errors, omissions, or owner changes.
Rates are subject to change. Your cooperation and understanding
is appreciated.
